Roman, the all-around athlete
Character: In his presence, even couch potatoes perk up, because a love for sport flows through his veins. More specifically: for his roadbike. I wonder if you are up to the challenge of Roman Erlacher on a roadbike?
In the hotel: He knows every corner of the nature park, which lodges and restaurants have the best food and is THE man of the hour when it comes to cycling. That's why the guided roadbike tours with him are not just a sporting experience! Roman takes a lot of time for his guests (by the way, even if you're not a sports enthusiast, the man will get you around), helps with tour planning and knows many anecdotes to tell. By now many guests are so accustomed to getting his tips and advice that they don't leave the hotel without his blessing. He is also a qualified ski instructor, he taught ski instructors and was once the trainer for the national ski team. Any more questions?
In his free time: Roman recharges his batteries on his roadbike. Sometimes he even forgets about the time and comes home after dark. He relaxes in the garden, which flourishes magnificently thanks to the caring touch.
Barbara, the tough one
Character: Has anyone ever seen Barbara Erlacher speechless? We don't know. What we do know is that she always has a clever saying ready and as a result has brightened up the day of many guests.
In the hotel: Barbara has everything under control in the front office and she is always available for her guests at the reception. Sometimes she can be seen in the dining room, helping guests select a delicious wine together with the head waiter Vincenzo.
In her free time: Recharging your batteries works best in nature, therefore she loves hiking and reading under a tree.
Thomas, the marketing pro
Character: He is open to the world, curious, does his own thing and always has a clear goal in mind – once he chased the puck, now he manages the hotel marketing. He loves his native mountains and the slopes.
In the hotel: Thomas Erlacher supports the family business in the areas of marketing and its web presence with his own marketing agency Barbarossa Digital Marketing. As a counterbalance, he is passionate about mountain biking and in the future he will also be a MTB-guide to the most beautiful secret places in the Dolomites.
In his free time: You can find him on a golf course or tennis court and this year again on his beloved ski slopes, which he had to give up for many years due to his ice hockey career.
Viktoria, the sunshine
Character: Viktoria Erlacher feels at home in the world of fashion, because fashion is her life and unusual styles are her passion. The trendsetter has a strong sense for everything beautiful.
In the hotel: After studying fashion in Vienna, she is currently working as a web and social media expert for a renowned clothing boutique. In addition, she helps create a good atmosphere at the hotel and is responsible for the social media content.
In her free time: Like Roman, she also loves skiing. She learned her elegant skiing style from her grandpa and her father Roman helped to perfect it.

It must be emphasised that Barbara and Roman manage the hotel perfectly. They both know “their mountains" in and out and give guests customised tips for their adventures. The staff is super nice and always friendly.”
